Robert was waiting for me with open arms: as befits a colorful butterfly - and for a
long time he didn't want to let me go from his wide embrace: "you really scared me: captain:"
repeated and looking at my new uniform: "two golden palm leaves .. and the first officer ..
has what? .. silver ones?"
"You'll ask him: when he comes:" I said sadly: but I immediately ignited the dying
flames in his eyes with my laughter.
I beckoned Blanca: who was grinning behind his back: to come over.
"And our elevator can now go back to the ground floor:" beamed Butterfly and kissed
us both on the cheek.
The hangar was buzzing: full of hands and wings.
I remembered my recent dramatic experience and asked Robert about the protagonist.
       He looked at me uncomprehendingly.
"The green man: who attacked me here."
"Ah: He is locked in the warehouse. He hasn't said a word yet. How do you know his
name?"
"He broke my rib .. Adam .. it doesn't matter."
"Another gem in the collection of bizarre nicknames.."
"Do you want to tell me: why you are Butterfly?" I bared my teeth: "Pleeease.."
       "Never!"
"Departure in thirty minutes:" said the hangar chief through Hydron's mouth: and the
ambient noise took on the intensity of a giant beehive.
"Let's go. I need to get ready. Can I leave him in your care for a few more days?" :I
winked at Blanca.
"No worries:" she whispered and squeezed between us.
"But who will look after you?" :sighed Robert.
       "I can do it myself."
"I don't trust that genie: Alia. Did you see her eyes?"
"Stop it. You know: where such thoughts lead."
As we were leaving the fighter section: Lena waved her index fingers at us from under
a large pack of first aid kits. And yes - it was cold winter behind her eyes: but I felt
that it is good - that it is a winter in which children can go sledding and build smiling
snowmen.
